DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING-



The Company has been notified today that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of
the Company, transferred 94,000 ordinary 20p shares for no consideration on 12
February 2003.



Of the shares transferred, 25,000 were to the son of Jean-Jacques Murray, a
Director of the Company and 69,000 were to third parties.



As a result of this transaction, Mr Jacques Gaston Murray now has an interest in
50,472,257 ordinary 20p shares in the Company, representing 84.39% of the issued
share capital and Mr Jean Jacques Murray now has an interest in 295,000 ordinary
20p shares in the company, representing 0.49% of the issued share capital.
