DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company was today notified that Jacques Gaston Murray, a director of the
Company, yesterday transferred to an unconnected 3rd party 10,000 Ordinary
Shares for no consideration.  Mr J G Murray is now interested in 50,566,257
Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 70.20 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
