The Company was today informed that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of the
Company, today transferred 35,000 ordinary 20p shares for no consideration

As a result of this transaction, Mr JG Murray now has an interest in 51,156,257
ordinary shares in the Company representing 69.80 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
