DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

The Company was today informed that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of the
Company, transferred 100,000 ordinary 20p shares for no consideration on Friday
22 February 2002.

Of the shares transferred, 75,000 were to members of Mr JG Murray's family and
25,000 were to the son of Jean Jacques Murray, a director of the Company.

As a result of this transaction, Mr JG Murray now has an interest in 51,191,257
ordinary shares in the Company representing 69.72 per cent of the issued share
capital and Mr JJ Murray now has an interest in 270,000 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 0.37 per cent of the issued share capital.
