DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

The Company was today informed that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of the
Company, sold 2,000 ordinary 20p shares at a market price of 93 pence per share
on Tuesday 19 February 2002.

As a result of these transactions, Mr Murray now has an interest in 51,297,257
ordinary shares in the Company representing 69.87 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
