DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

The Company was today informed that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of the
Company, has sold 2,000 ordinary 20p shares at a market price of 92 pence per
share. The sale took place on Thursday 14 February 2002. Mr Murray now has an
interest in 51,303,257 ordinary shares in the Company representing 69.86 per
cent. of the issued share capital.
