                            Directors Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mr JG Murray, Chairman of the Company, has
today transferred 110,000 shares for nil consideration to persons unconnected
with the Company.

Following this transfer Mr JG Murray's resultant beneficial interest is
49,453,980 shares representing 67.07 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
