                            Directors Shareholding


The Company has been notified that Mr JG Murray, Chairman of the Company, has
today transferred 9,000 shares for nil consideration to persons unconnected
with the Company. In addition Mr JG Murray has transferred 10,000 shares for
nil consideration to persons connected to JJ Murray, a director of the
Company.

Following this transfer Mr JG Murray's resultant beneficial holding is
48,148,980 shares representing 61.57 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital. Mr JJ Murray's resultant beneficial holding is
2,106,277 shares representing 2.69 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
