On 11 December 2000 Mr J-G Murray, Chairman of the Company, transferred 50,000
shares for nil consideration to persons unconnected with the Company.

Following this transfer Mr J-G Murray's resultant beneficial holding is
48,280,600 shares representing 53.80 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
