ACCEPTANCE OF SHARE OPTION CANCELLATION OFFER

Pursuant to the share option cancellation offer announced on 25 November 2004
the Company hereby gives notice that Anthony Bourne, the Company's Finance
Director, has accepted the cash cancellation offer in respect of 100,000 options
and will receive 91 pence per share in respect of each option cancelled.
