The Company has been informed today that on 19 October 2005 Emmanuel Sebag, a
director of the Company, sold 2,034 ordinary shares of 1p each at 125p per
share.

As a result of the above transaction Mr Sebag now has an interest in 13,216
ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.03% of the issued share capital.
