Directors' Shareholding

The Company was informed on the 29 September 2008 that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of the Company, had on that day transferred 20,000 ordinary 1p shares ('Ordinary Shares') for no consideration to a third party.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Jacques Gaston Murray now has an interest in 37,687,369 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 84.59% of the issued share capital.
