DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING


The Company has been notified today that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of
the Company, today transferred 20,000 ordinary 1p shares for no consideration to
a third party.


As a result of this transaction, Mr Jacques Gaston Murray now has an interest in
37,707,369 ordinary 1p shares in the Company, representing 84.64% of the issued
share capital.
