Director Shareholding

The Company announces that Francis Michael Benjamin Gailer, a non executive
director of the Company, yesterday sold 1,286 ordinary shares of 1p each at
133.32p per share.

As a result of the above transaction Mr Gailer now has an interest in 10,000
ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.02% of the issued share capital.
