The Company was notified today that Mr FMB Gailer, a Director of the Company,
sold 5,000 ordinary 1p shares at a price of 181p per share on 20 July 2007.


As a result of this transaction, Mr FMB Gailer no longer has an interest in the
shares of the Company.
