The Directors of Moneybox have noted the recent press speculation. The Company
has received a number of approaches that may or may not lead to an offer for the
whole of the issued share capital of Moneybox.

A further announcement will be made when appropriate. Shareholders will be kept
informed of any relevant developments, and, in the meantime, should await
further advice from the Board.
