Moneybox plc (the 'Company') received notification today that on 17 March 2005
Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ('MSSL') disposed of an interest in the shares
of the Company that resulted in MSSL no longer holding a notifiable interest in
the shares.

By reason of section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, those Morgan Stanley group
companies which are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL are also taken
to no longer be interested in the above shares.
