Moneybox plc (the 'Company') received notification today that on 6 April 2005
Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ('MSSL') acquired an interest that resulted in
a total holding of 6,075,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company,
representing approximately 3.01% of the issued ordinary share capital in the
Company.

By reason of section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, those Morgan Stanley group
companies which are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL are also taken
to be interested in the above shares.
