Moneybox plc (the 'Company') has received notification from TRM (ATM) Ltd that
on 1 February 2005 Daniel Cohen acquired an interest in a further 1,000,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, with a resultant shareholding of
5,350,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 2.69% of the issued
ordinary share capital in the Company.


Following the above purchase, Daniel Cohen and TRM (ATM) Limited are in
aggregate beneficially interested in 17,850,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company, representing approximately 8.96% of the issued ordinary share
capital in the Company.
