Moneybox plc (the 'Company') received notification on 27 July 2004 that Artemis
Investment Management Limited and certain of its subsidiary companies have a
notifiable interest in 6,319,148 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of
the Company. The beneficial owner of this notifiable interest is Artemis UK
Growth Fund. This represents approximately 3.17% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
