2004, UBS Global Asset Management Holding (No.2) Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries had a notifiable interest of 6,382,978 ordinary shares of
10p each in the capital of the Company. This represents approximately 3.21% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
