                                Grant of options

Moneybox plc (the 'Company') has granted options to employees under the 2004
Discretionary Share Option Scheme to subscribe for in aggregate 2,756,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at an exercise price of 51p per
share. This intended option grant was disclosed in the prospectus dated 12 
March 2004. No directors of the Company participated in this option grant.
