Repayment of Loan

Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, is pleased to announce that the Company has today repaid in full the Initial Advance (£500,000) of the fixed term loan note instrument that was outstanding to Plena Global Opportunities LLC under the Loan Facility announced on 12 March 2020.

Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings given to them in announcement dated 12 March 2020.
