1. Stock Exchange Notice N03/23 issued on 13 September 2023 informed market participants of the settlement situation in AMTE Power plc (ISIN: GB00BNQRZZ55) and reminded member firms of their settlement obligations under the Rules of the London Stock Exchange ("the Exchange"). As a result of the delays to settlement, trading of AMTE Power plc shares was temporarily suspended under Exchange Rule 1510.
2. The Exchange will restore AMTE Power plc to trading on 26 September 2023 with the restoration taking place at 13:30.
