Resolutions Passed at EGM

Aminex Plc, the oil and gas development, production
and oilfield services company, announces that at the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held
today, the resolutions in connection with the $17
million loan facility from the International Finance
Corporation for the Kirtayel development project were
duly passed.

The development project is now well underway and the
Board anticipates that the first development well
will be spudded in the near future.
