                             REGISTRATION DOCUMENT





Aminex announces that it is today publishing a registration document in
accordance with regulations 22 and 47(1) of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/
EC) Regulations 2005 (the "Prospectus Regulations") and which has been approved
by the Financial Regulator (the "Registration Document"),



The Registration Document, which will be valid for 12 months after the date of
its filing with the Financial Regulator, will facilitate any offering of
securities by Aminex to the public in that period.



The Company is making the Registration Document available in electronic form on
its website www.aminex-plc.com as provided for in regulation 45(1)(c) of the
Prospectus Regulations.



Unless and until combined with a securities note and a summary (as required in
accordance with regulation 22 of the Prospectus Regulations) the Registration
Document does not, and will not, constitute a prospectus for the purposes of the
Prospectus Regulations and/or Part 5 of the Investment Funds, Companies and
Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005 and no offer of securities to the public is
being made by virtue of the publication of the Registration Document as a
separate document.
