Placing and Open Offer to raise up to Stg£6.6m (€9.7m) (£6.0m net of expenses
(€8.8m))



On 3 June 2005 Aminex announced it had conditionally raised approximately £4.4m
(€6.5m), (£3.9m net of expenses (€5.8m)) by way of a Placing and in addition was
giving qualifying shareholders the opportunity to subscribe through an Open
Offer for a further £2.2m (€3.2m) worth of ordinary shares.



Further to this announcement the Company would like to confirm that the
ex-entitlement date for the Open Offer was 3 June 2005 and not the expected date
of 2 June 2005 as stated in the circular to shareholders.
