of the Company with effect from 21 February 2006:

There are no details requiring disclosure for Mr. Andrew Windham under paragraph

In addition, in fulfilment of an obligation imposed by Section 53(1) of the
Companies Act, 1990, Mr. Michael Pereira-Rego has notified the Company that he
currently has a beneficial interest in 62,167 ordinary shares of €0.06 each and
600,000 options over ordinary shares of €0.06 each in the capital of the
Company. Mr. Andrew Windham has notified the Company that he currently does not
hold any ordinary shares of €0.06 each nor any options over ordinary shares of
€0.06 each in the capital of the Company.
