ADDITIONAL LISTING





Aminex PLC announces that it has today made application to the Irish Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of additional
3,000,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.06 each to be admitted to the Official List to
the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List of the Listing Authority and
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be
admitted for trading.  These shares will be admitted to trading from time to
time following the exercise of share options under the Executive Share Option
Scheme.
