                               ADDITIONAL LISTING





Aminex PLC announces that it has today made application to the Irish Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of additional
36,526,481 Ordinary Shares of €0.06 each to be admitted to the Official List of
the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be
admitted for trading.  These shares will be admitted to trading from time to
time following the exercise of warrants granted under the terms of the Placing
and Rights Issue completed in July 2007.
