PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 10 September 2019 it purchased 66,445 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 140.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 88,709,958 ordinary shares in issue.
