PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 24 July 2019 it purchased 32,286 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 140.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 88,880,669 ordinary shares in issue.
