PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 13 June 2018 it purchased 102,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 168.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 80,455,939 ordinary shares in issue.
