PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 13 May 2019 it purchased 137,427 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 147.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 89,348,111 ordinary shares in issue.
