PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 1 October 2018 it purchased 49,123 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 169.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 84,312,384 ordinary shares in issue.
