PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 29 November 2017 it purchased 14,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 152.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 35,151,044 ordinary shares in issue.
