PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 3 March 2017 it purchased 16,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 121p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 33,218,044 ordinary shares in issue.
