PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 30 June 2017 it purchased 19,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 127.75p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 34,507,511 ordinary shares in issue.
