PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 13 October 2017 it purchased 48,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 149p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 34,350,306 ordinary shares in issue.
