PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 24 January 2017 it purchased 29,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 114p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 32,217,976 ordinary shares in issue.
