PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 29 September 2016 it purchased 2,380 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 112.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 31,931,652 ordinary shares in issue.
