PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 10 June 2016 it purchased 23,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 113.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 31,903,047 ordinary shares in issue.
