PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 17 October 2014 it purchased 45,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 108.75p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 28,510,901 ordinary shares in issue.
