PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 11 July 2014 it purchased 71,282 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 114.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 28,534,343 ordinary shares in issue.
