PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 7 February 2014 it purchased 120,043 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 118.9p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,773,285 ordinary shares in issue.
