PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 6 December 2013 it purchased 46,484 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 116.25p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,436,156 ordinary shares in issue.
