PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 30 August 2013 it purchased 28,034 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 111p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,560,598 ordinary shares in issue.
