PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 14 November 2011 it purchased 31,026 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 85.25p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 28,027,174 ordinary shares in issue.
