Amati VCT 2 plc 9 March 2017 Top Up Share Issues Update On 8 November 2016 Amati VCT 2 plc (the "Company"), together with Amati VCT plc, launched a top up share issue (the "Share Issues"). The Directors of Amati VCT 2 plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that the Share Issues in respect of the 2016/2017 tax year is now fully subscribed and closed to new subscriptions.  The Share Issues in respect of the 2017/2018 tax year is expected to close at noon on Friday 14 July 2017 (or on an earlier date if the maximum subscription has been received).  For further information please contact Rachel Le Derf on 0131 503 9104 or email [e-mail].
