Amati VCT 2 plc 3 February 2015 Offer for Subscription Amati VCT 2 plc (the "Company") announces that, together with Amati VCT plc, the closing date in relation to the joint top up offers (the "Offers") has been extended to noon on Thursday 2 April 2015 in respect of the 2014/2015 tax year and to noon on Friday 10 July 2015 in respect of the 2015/2016 tax year.  The costs of applying for shares in the Offers has also been reduced from 2% to 1% for existing investors and for subscribers who apply through an authorised financial intermediary.    As at 3 February 2015 the Company has issued 1,655,041 shares under the Offers.
